A washer for kitchen utensils has a box (96) with a washing gun (80) which comprises a rinsing shield (16) with a vane adapted to travel in a slot (74) formed in the box. A plate (1) is attached to said vane on the side thereof facing the washing space and essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the washing gun (80). Mounted in the slot (74) is a slide rail on which a running ring loosely fitted on the washing gun can move. The slot is closed by means of an upper and a lower flexible sealing lip on the side facing inwardly into the washing space. |
