PURPOSE:To uniformize performance of the title membrane in the lengthwise direction by allowing a hollow supporter to be impregnated with either of the soln. of a compd. contg. amino group and the soln. of a multifunctional compd. and thereafter alternately supplying the residual soln. from both ends of the inner surface or the outer surface of the hollow supporter and forming the interfacial polymerized membrane. CONSTITUTION:The soln. of a compd. contg. amino group such as the ethylene glycol soln. of bis(aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane is introduced into a polysulfone porous hollow supporter and this supporter is impregnated with this soln. by a press-fitting method. Then the soln. of a multifunctional compd. such as the hexadecene soln. of diphenylmethane diisocyanate is allowed to flow to the inner surface of the supporter from one end thereof and after cutting the liquid, the soln. of the multifunctional compd. is allowed to again flow to the opposite direction from the other end of the supporter and thereby both the compd. contg. amino group and the multifunctional compd. are subjected to interfacial reaction. Thereby a hollow composite membrane for separating gas in which an interfacial polymerized membrane is formed on the inner surface of the hollow supporter is obtained. |
