A cylindrical, rotary mixer for mixing ice-cream and chocolate is provided. In the device, several nozzles (6) having an opening at one side of an end are provided within the rotary mixer (7) and communicate with the chocolate hopper (2) through the communicating tubes (5). The rotatory mixer is rotated by the peripheral gear at 50-100 rpm.
