PURPOSE:To operate effectively an extruder by a method wherein number of times for repeating operation of a computer is set from deviation value data and a preset referential deviation value data, thereby to operate a die bolt. CONSTITUTION:A displacement detecting interface 32 detects displacement ei of a movable lip 16, a thickness gauge 33 measures the thickness of a sheet 23 such as beta-ray thickness gauge while scanning laterally, and send a thickness signal mi, which is detected and connected through a signal converting amplifier 34 to a position signal interface 35. Those data ei, mi are stored in RAM25, with the stored data CPU26 makes operation, gives output based on the data through a power unit interface 40 and a power unit 41 to die bolts 15a, 15b... of a die 22 for operation. |
