<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in working by providing the reference monitoring means of a material to be punched, arranging a turntable equipped with the table movable in XY direction as well and setting up a lower blade at its center concentrically. CONSTITUTION:The upper blade 2 fixed to an upper die base 1 downwards is provided and also a microscope 5 is arranged as the reference monitoring means of the material 15 to be punched. A turntable 7 is pivotably fitted to the shaft 6a of a lower die base 6 and a lower blade 9 is fixed at its center concentrically and in opposition to the upper blade 2. Moreover a moving table 8 is placed on the table 7. The material 15 to be punched is fixed onto the moving table 8, monitored via the microscope 5 and the table 8 is positioned by micrometers 11, 12 to execute punching. Since the table 8 is correctly positioned, the factors for errors are reduced extremely and the working accuracy is drastically improved.</p> |
