PURPOSE:To prevent the unauthorized drawing due to the use carried by other than the person and a robbery by magnetizing and recording the fingerprint and voiceprint of the person registered to a credit card and a cash card to a card. CONSTITUTION:The picture of the fingerprint and voiceprint of the person registered in a credit card and a cash card is digitized and recorded into a card 1. In each equipment such as a cash dispenser machine, a credit computer, etc., the data of the fingerprint and the voiceprint recorded in the card 1 are read by a magnetic reading element 2 and inputted to a collation processing part 3. Next, the signal sensed by a sensing element of the fingerprint and voiceprint of the person is converted to a digital signal with a digital converting circuit 5 and inputted to the collation processing part 3. The collation processing part 3, when the data from the card 1 and the signal from the sensing element 4 are coincident, the signal is transmitted to a confirmation display part 6 and a cash dispensing part 7 and the person registered in the card is confirmed. |
