Push-button with a pressure sensor

摘要

The setting process of many electronic devices is a lengthy process, because of the (digital) display which clocks at a constant speed. In the case of rapidly clocking displays, a precise setting of a value during the setting process would hardly be possible, owing to the poor reaction time of humans. By means of a pressure sensor integrated into the setting pushbutton, the clock speed of the display can be varied as a function of the pressing force, by which means a higher operating comfort is achieved in many electronic devices.
