<p>PURPOSE:To simply perform double investing technique by using an inverting pin having a screw part for forming a screw hole in a jaw bone and an implant pin replaced with said investing pin and having a new grown bone penetration hole part. CONSTITUTION:An edentulous residual ridge is drilled after extration to form an investing hole and an investing pin 1 having a piercing hole part 5 for collecting a new grown bone and a screw part 2 for forming a screw hole in a jaw bone is invested in said hole. After standing for a period (1-2 months) forming bone adhesion, a mucous membrane is incised to unscrew the investing pin 1 and the screw part of an implant pin 6 is screwed in the screw hole formed in a bone tap state. This implant pin 6 has a new grown bone penetrating hole 10 and a new grown bone is penetrated in said hole part 10. The new grown bone in the piercing hole part 5 is cut from the base end thereof when the investing pin 1 is unscrewed and can be taken out along with the investing pin 1.</p> |
