PURPOSE:To make assembly highly accurately and to prevent the warp of a substrate from generating by providing a fusion part which possesses a projected part at the external and/or internal peripheral part of one substrate, a recessed part connected to the projected part, and a locking surface connected to the projected part and/or recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A fusion part 6 possesses a projected part 61, a recessed part 63 and a locking surface 65, and a projected part 61 is formed as a ring rib to be continued in a circumferential direction. The recessed part 63 is formed in a ring-shape continuously in the circumferential direction on both sides in the diameter direction of the projected part 61, further, on the both sides in the diameter direction, the locking surface 65 is continuously formed in the circumferential direction. When substrates 11 and 17 are fused, the projected part 61 itself heats and fuses, and integrally fuses the facing substrates 11 and 17 or a spacer. Thus, assembling work can be made simpler and more accurate, and the warp is prevented from generating at the substrate. |
