Provided are a gateway device, a vehicle including the same, and a control method thereof, wherein the gateway device determines whether or not to allow high-speed transmission of a message frame according to an identifier of the message frame. The gateway device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises; a communication interface having multiple channels capable of connecting to an external device therein; a switch unit determining a connection state among the multiple channels; and a control unit grouping, into a message frame, a CAN signal received from a first external device connected to a first channel among the multiple channels, and controlling the switch unit to connect the first channel and a second channel to which a second external device corresponding to the identifier is connected, if the identifier of the message frame is included in a preset high-speed transmission identifier group. According to the present invention, a gap between message frames can be minimized, and thus omission of a message frame can be prevented. |
