The present invention relates to an anti-theft wheel nut assembly and a demounting method thereof and, more specifically, to an anti-theft wheel nut assembly and a demounting method thereof, wherein the anti-theft wheel nut assembly is a locking device for a vehicle wheel and a tire by applying a dial and a key to a wheel nut for a key groove to be formed by rotation of the dial.
