PURPOSE:To eliminate the disturbance of a toner image formed in a first developing stage and color mixture with a second toner by performing development so that the quantity of the electric charges of the toner image formed on a latent image holding body is >=10muc/g when the first developing stage is executed. CONSTITUTION:The toner image formed in the first developing stage 3a adheres to a developed image holding body 10 by static electricity, and the adhesion is strong because the quantity of the electric charges of toner is as large as >=10muc/g. Accordingly, the toner image formed in the first developing stage is never disturbed by a second development 3b and the toner image formed in the first developing stage is never mixed with the second toner. Thus the formed image has an excellent image quality which has no image disturbance nor color mixture. |
