<p>PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in a steering feeling by detecting the torque required for steerage to vary according to a road state and a meteorological condition in a way of separating into acceleration, speed and steering angle components, respectively, and on the basis of these elements, making restoring force so as to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A reduction gear mechanism 10 is connected to a pinion to be set up in a rack 9 and, in turn, a motor 11 is connected to this reduction gear mechanism 10. Each output terminal of a steering angle sensor 2 and a torque sensor 3 is connected to an input terminal of a controller 12, and an output terminal of the controller 12 is connected to an input terminal of the motor 11. In this controller 12, there are provided with an arithmetic unit 15, a memory 16, an auxiliary steering force controller 17, and a restoring force controller 18. An output signal of the arithmetic unit 15 is inputted into the auxiliary steering force controller 17 and the restoring force controller 18, an interval between the memory 16 and the arithmetic unit 15 is connected by a signal line 25, between the memory 16 and the auxiliary steering force controller by a signal line 19, and between the memory 16 and the restoring force controller 19 by a signal line 20, respectively.</p> |
