PURPOSE:To enhance rigidity by preparing molds whose inside surface if hull form and putting a core material which is made of synthetic resin-made foaming body and is smaller than the inner surface of the molds in the molds and interposing glass fiber between the core material and the inner surface of the molds and injecting synthetic resin in the molds. CONSTITUTION:A layer of glass fiber 5, 6 is arranged along the outer circumference of a core material 3, and in a upper mold 1 and a lower mold 2, synthetic resin melted is put into from inlets 7-9 to between the outer circumferential surface of the core material 3 and the inner circumferential surface of the molds 1, 2 so that a layer of fiber reinforced plastics is formed along the outer circumference of the core material 3. Accordingly, a small-sized hull whose rigidity is enhanced is secured. This small-sized hull is not past one which is composed of a deck and a hull which are individually prepared, and thereby a crack hardly exists. In addition, water does not enter the inside of the hull. |
