PURPOSE:To enable the sealant coating part of a post to be coated in uniform thickness without no coated part by applying a sealant to the post, then curing the sealant while the post is rotated by using the direction of its length as the axis. CONSTITUTION:A post block 3 in which six posts 1 are connected is manufactured by casting. A sealant coating part 2 of the post block 3 fitted to a given position is coated with epoxy resin, which acts as a sealant, fed from a nozzle 5 mounted to an X-Y driving unit 6. By rotating the post block 3 with a rotating unit in a curing furnace, the sealant is uniformly applied to the coating part 2 over the whole circumference of the coating part 2. After completion of curing, the block 3 is cut into six pices of the post 1 with a press. The sealant coating part 2 of the post 1 is coated with the sealant in uniform thickness without no coated part. |
