PURPOSE:To easily manufacture without degrading the efficiency of a magnetic head by forming an insulation material forming a conversion gap on a conductor coil, removing the undesired part of the insulation material so as to expose at least the conductor coil. CONSTITUTION:The structure is adopted such that the conductor coil 4 is imbedded in the magnetic conversion gap, the conductor coil is formed on a magnetic base 1, an insulation member 3 forming the conversion gap is adhered over the entire face thereupon and the surface of insulation material is made flat so as to expose the conductor coil. Since the conductor coil is arranged up to nearly 1mum from a face of the magnetic head opposed to the magnetic head, the leakage of the generated magnetic head to an undesired part is avoided but the magnetic field acts effectively on the recording of the recording medium. Similarly at the time of reproduction, the magnetic flux detected from the medium is converted into a voltage in the nearby conductor coil. Thus, it is not required to form a slot having an apex angle zero to a ferrite base and a ferrite core chip 2 causing a large effect on the head efficiency to attain simplified structure. |
