PURPOSE:To obtain an enhancer for adenization activity of single stranded urokinase, comprising plasminogen as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:An enhancer for adenization activity using both (A) 0.02-2mug/ml, preferably 0.1-1mug/ml calculated as blood concentration of single stranded urokinase or a derivative thereof (e.g. protein molecule having a finger domain wholly or partially deficient or replaced with another amino acid residue) and (B) 0.05-2.5cu/ml, preferably 0.1-1cu/ml plasminogen purified from human or animal serum, ascites or extracted solution of placenta. A dose of single stranded urokinase can be reduced and general fibrinolysis of side effect is alleviated.
