<p>The machine according to the invention relates to a machine for spreading material, such as fertilizer. The machine includes a spreader member (6, 69) provided with thrower blades (8), a portion of which is constituted by a wall (8; 20; 28; 31; 33) that is distortionable or movable by the material flowing therealong. By measuring the magnitude of the distortion of the said wall, it is possible to display to the tractor driver, during operation, the quantity of material spread, the position of the spread pattern behind a tractor hauling the machine as well as the distribution of the material in width. A similar result can be achieved by arranging, rigidly relative to the frame of the machine, near the spreader member walls (58) that are hit by the material.</p> |
