In a first case, in which a condition is satisfied that includes at least the conditions that at least one scheduling request is pending in a TTI, there are no UL-SCH resources available for transmission during that TTI, and the terminal has physical uplink control channel resources valid for the scheduling request configured for the TTI, if the value of a counter is the same as a prescribed value or is greater than the prescribed value, then this terminal device initiates a random access procedure in a primary cell, releases PUCCH resources for scheduling requests in a serving cell other than the primary cell, and cancels all pending scheduling requests. |
