The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing microcapsules having a long-lasting aromatic smell and specifically, to a method for manufacturing microcapsules having a long-lasting aromatic smell, in which the flavor of herb oil is maintained for a long period of time. The method for manufacturing microcapsules comprises the steps of: a) mixing distilled water with an emulsifier to completely dissolve the emulsifier in the distilled water; b) adding the herb oil to the mixture in step a), followed by stirring, to atomize the herb oil; and c) mixing a shell material with the mixture atomized in step b), followed by stirring, to mold microcapsules. |
