PURPOSE:To perform the avoidance of shoulder belts at the time of boarding and alighting of people aboard by installing each belt guide, insertionally guiding the shoulder belts of a four-point type seat belt, at both upper sides of a seat back free of rotation, and making the belt guides free of rotation with a pressure plate of the seat back. CONSTITUTION:One end lower part of each shoulder belt 3 of a four-point type seat belt A is clamped to a seat part 6 and the other end is engaged with a retractor in a seat back 5 via belt guides 7 at both upper sides of the seat back 5. The belt guides 7 are made free of rotation around an fulcrum shaft 9, and a pressure plate 13 energized by a spring 14 is driven by a link 15, and it is made free of rotation. When there is no rider on the seat, the belt guides 7 are rotated sideward, performing avoidance of the shoulder belts 3 and keeping off any hindrance against boarding and alighting, and when the rider takes the seat, the belt guides are turned by the pressure plate 13 and the link 15, thus retention and engagement to the rider in the shoulder belts are made attainable. |
