EXAMPLE:Sodium (6R, 7R)7-[(z)-3-Chloro-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-y1)propenamide]-3- dimethoxyphosphinylmethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate. USE:Antibacterial. PREPARATION:The reaction of a compound of formula II (R<6> is H, salt-foaming cation, group protecting phosphonic acid: R<7> is H, salt-forming cation, a group protecting carboxyl) or its salt with another compound of formula III, or its salt or its derivative activated in its carboxyl group.</p> |
