PURPOSE: To semiautomatically and efficiently manufacture a bag from a bag- shaped material by comprising a pair of sealing members which are vertically mounted on an upper part of a guide plate in such manner that they can be opened and closed, and a pair of sealing heads which are brought into contact with the both upper faces of the guide plate when the sealing members are closed. CONSTITUTION: When a seal head 19 is heated at a proper temperature, a push button switch is pressed, a bag-shaped material 6 is moved upward till a lower end of a guide plate 15 reaches a bottom of the bag-shaped material 6 in a condition that the bag-shaped material 6 covers the guide plate 15 from a lower part, and a foot switch is pressed once in a condition that the bag-shaped material is held by both hands. The left and right sealing members 17 are closed, a lip 4 is pressed to a seal head 19 and a tape 26 to be surely folded, and the seal heads 19 are pressed to the guide plate 15 through the tape 26, the lip 4 and a side wall 2a of a bag main body 2. Then the sealing members 17 are opened, whereby the sealing heads 19 are separated from the guide plate 15, and the completed bag 1 is released downward from the guide plate 15. |
