PURPOSE:To obtain an antitumor agent capable of preventing and eliminating alcohol induced peptic ulcer, containing a water-soluble component of Flammulina velutipes as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Flammulina velutipes is directly extracted with 0-100 times as much as water or ground and extracted with water, insoluble residue is separated by filtration or by centrifugal separation, the extracted solution is concentrated and dried to give a solid substance, which is contained as an active ingredient. Artificially cultivated Flammulina velutipes contains a considerable amount of water, ground without adding water and the extracted solution can be obtained by filtering or centrifuging the solid substance. |
