<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of polishing the core of a wire automatically by any length as desired, by providing an input shaft to transmit rotating force, rotors to rotate together with a polisher in clamping the wire and an adjusting member to adjust the strokes of rotors. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 21 to transmit rotating force is installed to a frame 11. A main shaft 30 is connected to this input shaft 21 with gears 23 and 26. Between an end of this main shaft 30 and the frame 11 a stroke adjusting means (nut) 27 to adjust the strokes of the main shaft 30 is provided. Further, rotors 45 and 46 rotated by the main shaft 30 are installed to the other end of the main shaft 30. The wire can be clamped by these rotors 45 and 46, which are equipped with a polisher 47. When the rotors 45 and 46 are rotated from the input shaft 21 through the main shaft 30, the polisher 47 rotates around the wire and polishes the core by the designated stroke length.</p> |
