PURPOSE: To restrain a shock from being generated in starting of ascending, by detecting hydraulic pressure of an actuator before ascending of a cage, and adding a starting signal to a command signal to an ascending electromagnetic proportional pilot valve. CONSTITUTION: When an ascending command is output in a state where many persons get in a cage 5 and hydraulic pressure of an actuator 6 is increased, a starting signal selected on the basis of a pressure signal from a pressure detecting means 25 is added to a solenoid driving command in ascending from a starting before boosting command unit 28 of an opening command means 23. The opening of an ascending electromagnetic proportional pilot valve 7 is adjusted through an ascending signal correcting unit 26, and ascending of the cage 5 is started by pilot pressure through an ascending control valve 2 and the actuator 6. Therefore, an ascending starting shock can be restrained from being generated, and riding comfort in starting of the cage 5 can be improved. |
