CONSTITUTION:A metal soln. 40 or a particulate metal 39 is supplied onto the base body 18. The energy such as a laser beam 33, an electric discharge, and plasma is supplied to the soln. 40 or the particulate metal 39, hence the metal or the metal compd. is deposited on the base body 18, and a coating layer is formed. The above-mentioned energy such as the laser beam 33 is again supplied to the coating layer to eliminate the ruggednesses, to density the layer, and to smooth the surface, and the surface layer of the coating layer is reformed. |
