PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of changing colors of parts or whole body of an accessory, according to TPO based on finding of a color expert.SOLUTION: An accessory 101 comprises color change means. A user terminal 103 which an owner of the accessory possesses and the accessory have communication means 105, user information is input to the terminal, then the user information is used for selecting a color of the accessory based on finding of a color expert 108, and then the selected color information is sent to the above-mentioned user terminal and to the accessory by using the communication means of the accessory.
