PURPOSE:To obtain the titled seasoning having excellent taste free from fear of rottenness for a long period of time after opening of a stopper without using phosphoric acid, adjusted to a specific acidic pH with fumaric acid. CONSTITUTION:The aimed seasoning adjusted to pH <2.7, preferably pH approximately 2.5 with fumaric acid. |
