PURPOSE: To cancel a problem such as difficulty in ski boot wearing operation caused by the excess backward move of bindings or a change in the height position of a ski brake caused by a front pressure change by letting the ski brake take a braking or stopping attitude while being interlocked with only the vertical turning operation of a pedal pivotally supported on a heel receiver. CONSTITUTION: When there is no ski boot 3 within the binding, no pressure is exerted upon a pedal 4 so that the pedal 4 can be moved up by the pressure of a spring 9 and a cam 7 can be turned to the left and as a result, a ski brake 13 turns down to a ski and takes the braking attitude. When there is the ski boot 3 within the binding, on the other hand, the pedal 4 is pushed down and turned so that the cam 7 is also turned to right against the pressure of the spring 9 and therefore, a brake joint 10 prepared integrally with the cam 7 essentially and the ski brake 13 turn up to the ski and take the standstill attitude. |
