PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent an originating stop caused by rapid- drop of bias voltage by connecting a condenser for bias voltage to the resistances which give the bias voltage to a switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:A self-excited system constant current push-pull invertor is such that the first and the second switching transistors(Tr1) and (Tr2) are constituted by using MOSFET. Each drain of Tr1 and Tr2 is connected to the ends of a primary winding N1 of an invertor transformer T, the source is connected to a minus terminal of power supply, and the gate is connected to a feedback winding N3 provided to the transformer T. According to the constitution, a condenser C0 for bias voltage is connected between a node of the resistances R1 and R2 which give the bias voltage to Tr1 and Tr2 and a minus terminal line of power supply. This condenser C0 is the low impedance against the part of high frequency, so that even if the surge comes out the bias voltage does not drop rapidly and the instantaneous originating stop never occurs. |
