PURPOSE:To continuously produce the titled homogeneously mixed compound with single compounding process, by crushing raw hydrocarbon and mixing with a vulcanizing agent, etc., in an evacuated blender and, at the same time, removing the volatile component in the polymer, thereby suppressing the heat- generation during the kneading process. CONSTITUTION:A raw polymer is crushed to polymer particles having small diameter. The particles are mixed with an additive containing carbon, oil, vulcanizing agent, etc., in a blender and the blender is evacuated to remove volatile components such as water from the raw polymer. The mixture of the raw polymer particles and the additive is kneaded with a kneader to obtain the objective mixed compound. The removal of the volatile components from the raw polymer is preferably carried out at <=80 deg.C while reducing the pressure in the blender to <=100mmHg. |
