PURPOSE:To manufacture a guide plate high in working accuracy and rigidity easily and cheaply by cutting a guide plate material formed integrally by extruding aluminum material at specified intervals longitudinally. CONSTITUTION:A long material 10 for a guide plate having the same sectional form with that of a guide plate 1 fitted to the cross beam of a heddle frame is formed continuously in a body by extruding aluminum. A guide plate 11 is manufactured by cutting the material 10 at specified intervals longitudinally. Sheet materials 13 equal in length with the material 10 are stuck on both sides of the material 10 and the sheet plates 13 and the material 10 for guide plate are cut simultaneously. Thus, guide plates 11 provided with sheet materials 13 are manufactured successively. |
