PURPOSE:To improve the positioning and responding characteristic of a stepping motor, by setting a logical and currentinterrupting circuit for interrupting control signal on the way. CONSTITUTION:From a logical and current-interrupting circuit 1, the output of control signal having a section to which no current flows is generated. At such a section to which no current in the control signal flows, a rotor 8 is rotated only by its inertia force, and the rotation of the rotor 8 is forced to be stopped by a frictional force. By the flow of following control signal, the rotation of the rotor 8 is restarted. However, on the second rotation of the rotor 8, its rotation starting position is close to the stopping position, and so the damping oscillation of the rotor 8 is diminished. As its result, the responding characteristic of a stepping motor 5 is improved. |
