The invention relates to a door opening and closing detector having a coupling structure which is specialized for the structure of a refrigerated container so as to be easily coupled to a refrigerated container, and a refrigerated container in which the same is utilized, the refrigerated container comprising: a container in which are formed an accommodating space, and a doorway opened so as to be connected to the accommodating space; a cooling and heating device which keeps the temperature in the accommodating space of the refrigerated container constant; a door which is hinge-connected to an edge where the doorway of the refrigerated container is formed so as to open and close the doorway; and a detector which is attached to an inner wall of the refrigerated container and, when the door is in a closed state or an open state, detects the open or closed state by being in contact with, or being separated from the door.
