PURPOSE:To facilitate a pull-up processing, by forming a diode having an anode connected to the highest potential point of a chip and a cathode connected to an external extracting terminal respectively within the same chip. CONSTITUTION:A pull-up diode D1' is formed within the same chip 1', and the anode and the cathode of the D1' are connected to the highest potential point of the chip and to an external extracting terminal 3, respectively. Then a short circuit is secured between the terminal 3 and an input terminal 2 in order to pull up an input transistor TRQ1. Thus the pull-up action is ensured with no saturation of an input TR. |
