PURPOSE: To use a supporting head without changing it to machine a large size plate or a small size plate by providing two half part bodies maintainable of the interval between suction cups mutually telescopically and perpendicularly from the position lower than the height of the suction cups held by an auxiliary head up to the identical position of the suction cups. CONSTITUTION: Respective suction cup holding bodies 105 composed of two half part bodies capable of mutually telscopically open the space between them can maintain the suction cup 17 of an arm 15 at a lower height than the height of the suction cup 106 of an auxiliary head 105, at which height a pin 109 can be inserted into a corresponding hole 110. When a large size plate 103 is to be machined, a cup shape half body is drawn out of a hollow half body 104 and the cup shape body 105 partially rotates so that respective holes 110 may slip out of respective pin axis. At this position, the bottom of the cup shape body 105 rides on the end of the pin so as to maintain the condition of being stably lifted up to the height of the suction cup. |
