摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in a low temperature fixing property and storage property.SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner is provided in which contents of an iron element, a silicon element, and a sulfur element are 1.0×10to 1.0×10ppm, 1.0×10to 5.0×10ppm, and 500 to 3000 ppm, respectively. In an amorphous polyester resin used as a binder resin, (1) a molar ratio of an aromatic part to an aliphatic part is 4.5 to 5.8, (2) a glass-transition temperature is 50 to 70°C, and (3) an endothermic gradient is 0.1 to 1.0 OW/g-°C. In a crystalline polyester resin used as the binder resin, (a) an endothermic quantity during melting is 2.0 to 10.0 OW/g, (b) a weight average molecular weight is 5000 to 15000 in, and (c) a difference between a temperature rise phase endothermic starting temperature and an endothermic peak temperature is 3 to 5°C, (d) one or more elements selected while including at least sulfur element from the sulfur element and fluorine element are contained, and (e) the content of 1000 or less of a weight average molecular weight is equal to or less than 1 to 10%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
