PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network verification system, network verification method, flow inspection device, and program that are capable of collecting flow entry information set in a transfer device.SOLUTION: A flow table 202 in a transfer device includes a table having an action field in which processing corresponding to a match condition for a packet is described. A transfer rule 204 is constituted by a match condition and its processing; an ID is granted to each transfer rule. Changing a transfer rule so that the transfer rule's ID is written in meta-data when the transfer device transmits a test packet makes it possible to collect flow entry information set in a flow table in the transfer device. Comparing the collected flow entry information with flow entry information stored by a flow inspection device 100 enables setting creation and setting verification, failure location identification at the time of occurrence of a failure, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
