PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a conventional self-injection synchronous oscillator that it is impossible to reduce phase noise without lengthening a delay line.SOLUTION: A self-injection synchronous oscillator includes an oscillator outputting a signal, a distributor for distributing some of the output signals from the oscillator to a first injection wave and a second injection wave, a first frequency converter for converting the frequency of the first injection wave, a second frequency converter for converting the frequency of the second injection wave into a frequency different from the frequency of the first injection wave, subjected to frequency conversion by the first frequency converter, a delay line for delaying the phase of the first injection wave distributed by the distributor, and a mixer outputting the difference frequency of the first injection wave subjected to frequency conversion by the first frequency converter, and the second injection wave subjected to frequency conversion by the second frequency converter to the oscillator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
