<p>PURPOSE:To convey a sheet with low friction, without skewing, and without need for providing a high resistance member by oppositely providing first guide members and second guide members on a sheet conveying passage. CONSTITUTION:First guide members 16 and second guide members 17 made of a synthetic resin are integrally formed with each lower case body 3 while alternately projecting out in a rib form. And, these guide members 16, 17 are mutually oppositely provided so that a defined gap is formed between the ends 16', 17' thereof then viewed from the lateral direction, to make the gap part serve as a U-turn conveying part 15. Since the first guide members 16 and the second guide members 17 are integrally formed with the lower case bodies 3 from the beginning in the manufacture of a copying device, the process of assembling guide members in order to form the U-turn conveying part 15 can be omitted while further, enabling accurate assembling. Also, at the time of operating the copying device, when a sheet passes through this U-turn conveying part 15, smooth conveyance with low friction while without affecting a copied picture face can be performed.</p> |
