PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by bonding a 2nd dielectric base to the upper face of a 1st dielectric base with a conductor strip line formed thereto so as to form a ground conductor film, etc., to the outer surface of the 1st and 2nd bases thereby forming a terminal electrode film to the 1st dielectric base. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd dielectric base 3 is bonded to a 1st major face 2a with the conductor strip line 4 formed to the 1st dielectric base 2. The conductor strip line 4 is formed with a 1st main face 2a of the 1st base 2, a ground conductor film 7 is formed to the outer surface of the dielectric block 10 and a connection electrode film 5 and a terminal electrode film 6 are formed further to the 1st dielectric base 2. Thus, the productivity is improved without deteriorating the Q and the fluctuation in the resonance frequency is evaded. |
