The present invention relates to a method and a kit for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism and, more specifically, relates to a method and a kit for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism using an allele-specific bidirectional primer extension method. The kit for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism comprises a wild type-specific forward primer, a mutant type-specific forward primer, a reverse primer, a primer for first extension, and a primer for second extension. Provided is the kit for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism, which can be easily developed into a multi-SNP analysis POCT device. |
