PURPOSE:To simplify an operation by detecting the kind of a card by means of a key switching part where a card for masking is placed, performing the operation of a key switch based on the detected kind and discriminating an ID key incorporated in the card. CONSTITUTION:The card M for masking is placed on the key switching part which issues the indication of the operation of an extension function and the key switching part is provided with a means for detecting the kind of the card M for masking, a means for performing the key switching operation based on the detected kind of the card M for masking and an ID key discrimination means incorporated in the card M for masking. As for a special mode, the titled device is constituted so that it is performed by inputting with a specified key. In order to effectively use the specified key, in such a case, various kinds of modes, etc., can be set by using the card for masking the part of the specified key. Thus, the operation can be simplified, while the device possesses multifunction. |
