PURPOSE: To reduce a get on/off time by turning and moving a card reader/ writer to which a card is inserted to allow other card reader/writer to receive card insertion. CONSTITUTION: A rotary drum 1 is arranged to a pass side face of an entrance door so as to be turned within a vertical plane to allow a customer standing on an entrance step 13 to insert an IC card to a card insert/withdrawal port at an insert position (a). Furthermore, a customer on a bus floor face 14 having got on withdraws the IC card from the card insert/withdrawal port at an withdrawal position (b). The rotary drum 1 is driven in the direction of the arrow by a drive control system and the card insert/withdrawal port and the corresponding IC reader/writer at the insert position (a) are moved to the withdrawal position (b) by one turning drive and then the card insert/withdrawal port and the corresponding IC reader/writer at the withdrawal position (b) are moved to the insert position (a) by next turning drive. The installation at an exit door is configured nearly similarly to above. |
