PURPOSE:To obtain stabilized combustion, reduce the noise of combustion and restrain acoustic resonance, by a method wherein a pressure receiver, receiving the pressure fluctuation of a combustion chamber, is provided and constituted so as to convert the pressure fluctuation, received by the pressure receiver, into a reverse phase and apply it to a pressurizing device in an exhaust passage. CONSTITUTION:A pressure receiver 7, receiving a pressure fluctuation in a combustion chamber 5, is provided on the wall surface of the combustion chamber while the phase of the pressure fluctuation, received by the pressure receiver 7, is converted into a reverse phase through a phase converter 8 to deliver it to a pressurizing device 9, provided on the side surface of an exhaust gas passage 6. According to such a constitution, the pressure fluctuation, generated in the combustion chamber 5, is delivered to the exhaust gas passage 6 through a heat exchanger 4 while the fluctuation is delivered by the pressurizing device 9 from the pressure receiver 7 through the phase converter 8 as a pressure having reverse phase whereby both of them are cancelled in the exhaust gas passage 6 and the pressure fluctuations in the exhaust gas passage 6 as well as the combustion chamber 5 may be restrained. According to this method, stabilized combustion can be obtained, the noise of combustion can be reduced and acoustic resonance can also by restrained by off-setting pressure fluctuations. |
