PURPOSE:To suppress abnormal temperature change in the gas generated at the furnace top and thereby prevent damage to equipment, by allowing the gas to contact a substance with large thermal capacity, by spraying thereafter water onto the gas in accordance with the gas temp. before the contact, and thus controlling the temperature of gas to be led to the gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:As a filter, is placed a sand-formed substance having large thermal capacity fully in a heat accumulator 3 for purification of gas and is heated by the high temp. gas from a furnace 1 to absorb and keep its thermal energy temporarily. In this process the gas is cooled. When the gas temperature them restitutes to the normal level, the gas will be heated till the temperature balance is attained, because that sand-formed substance heated has higher temperature. Accordingly, at the outlet of the device 3, the temperature at the incoming part is equalized. Then the quantity of water taken in through a spraying nozzle 11 is automatically adjusted by a controller 9 in accordance with the change of temperature of the purified gas to substantially keep constant the temp. of gas led into the gas turbine 6. |
