PURPOSE:To simplify mechanism by stacking paper in a 1st stacker as it is in case of one-surface recording and switching a switching mechanism so that the paper is fed from a temporary pool part to a 2nd transfer part and a toner image on next page can be transferred on the back surface in case of both- surface recording. CONSTITUTION:The paper 4 supplied from a hopper 3 is fed to the temporary pool part 43 through a 1st guiding member 42 after a toner image on a photosensitive drum 1 is transferred on its surface in a 1st transfer part 40 and fixed in a 1st fixing part 41. In case of one-surface recording, the paper is stacked in the 1st stacker, (as it is,) 44 without being stopped in the temporary pool part 43. Meanwhile, in case of both-surface recording, the selection valve 46a of the switching mechanism is switched, so that the paper 4 is reversely fed from the temporary pool part 43, fed to the 2nd transfer part 47 and the toner image on the next page on the photosensitive drum 1 is transferred on its back surface. And the image is fixed in the 2nd fixing part 48 and then stacked in the 2nd stacker 49. Thus, the structure can be simplified. |
