PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a visible light sensitive and photosetting compsn. having an adjustable gamma value by incorporating a free radical addition polymerizable or crosslinkable compd., a UV sensitive oxygen sealing compsn. and a visible light sensitive initiator therein. CONSTITUTION: The free radical addition polymerizable or crosslinkable compd., the UV sensitive oxygen sealing compsn. and the visible light sensitive initiator are incorporated into the photosetting compsn. The visible light sensitive initiator and the UV sensitive compsn. are so selected that the UV sensitive compsn. absorbs the wavelength which is not absorbed by the visible light sensitive initiator or has an extremely low coefft. of light absorption. The UV sensitive oxygen sealing compsn. reacts with the oxygen existing within the photosetting compsn. when exposed to UV rays. As a result, the sensitivity of the photosetting compsn. is extremely improved if the photosetting compsn. is preexposed or coexposed to the UV rays. The gamma of the compsn. is adjusted if the shoulder of an H&D curve is moved.
