<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance of a transfer roller without spoiling it inadvertently in stopping an interposing plate manufacturing device etc., by preparing a dropping-prevention device which prevents the inadvertent resin dropping onto said transfer roller from the gun nozzle of said manufacturing device. CONSTITUTION:An interposing plate manufacturing device consists of a transfer roller 2 having a plural number of annular molding grooves 1 in its periphery, a resin feeder 4 feeding molten resin into the molding grooves 1 by means of a gun nozzle 3, a base paper feeder 5 feeding a transfer base paper W onto the outer surface of the transfer roller 2 at a specified speed and a dropping- prevention device 6 preventing the inadvertent resin dropping onto said transfer roller from the gun nozzle. The dropping-prevention device 6 consists of a dish-shaped vessel 18 which is positioned right under the gun nozzle 3 and moves horizontally to receive the dropping resin if necessary, a heater 19 heating to melt the resin dropped in the vessel 18 and an outlet 20 discharging the molten resin out of the vessel 18. The transfer roller is not spoiled with any inadvertent resin dropping in case of start-up, stopping etc. of operation. Thus, the maintenance of the transfer roller is facilitated.</p> |
